Frequently Asked Questions

  • How can I open a Pizza Fusion franchise? Pizza Fusion actively seeks highly-qualified individuals to become franchisees. Individuals will need $150,000 in non-borrowed personal resources (liquid assets, e.g. cash, marketable securities, stocks, etc.) along with an overall net worth (total assets minus total liabilities) of $500,000 to qualify. Financing is to be secured through third-party lending sources. The total cost of each unit varies by size and location.
  • Does Pizza Fusion offer financing? No. However, Pizza Fusion Holdings can direct potential franchisees to sources that have provided financing options to other franchisees in the areas of equipment leasing, construction and SBA loans.
  • How much are the royalties and other annual fees? Royalty and Continuing Services fees are 6% of gross sales. Ongoing Marketing fees are 3% of gross sales which goes to drive growth and sales to your restaurant.
  • How long does it take to open the store? Each location is different, depending on a variety of factors, including site selection, build-out requirements.
  • What kind of training can I expect as a franchisee? All new franchisees participate in a 4 week interactive training program. This consists of 2 weeks at the Pizza Fusion University Training Center located in Fort Lauderdale, FL and 12 business days of real life management experience at your franchised location prior to and in conjunction with opening your new location. Franchisees receive regular followup updates to their training, including on site reviews.
  • How is food quality and consistency maintained? We contract local private distributors that are part of a National Co-op  to deliver the majority of our dry goods, dairy, meats and paper products. Each distributor contract adheres to the same cost margins and product sheets that Pizza Fusion Holdings negotiates on a national level. Our produce is sourced from a local Organic produce vendor, ensuring that the items are as fresh and local as possible. Every vendor is approved by Pizza Fusion Holdings and the product lists are verified for consistency throughout the country to ensure quality. Our most important items, the pizza mix and pizza sauce, are proprietary to guarantee that a pizza in Florida tastes just as great as a pizza in California
